Channels open-sourced as Torkalot

So I finally got around to cleaning up the source code and creating a build script to allow other people to build their own channels relatively easy. This is all now available on Sourceforge at http://torkalot.sourceforge.net.

The builder and product have been tested on Slackware and Ubuntu flavours of Linux. They should work on most linux distros, since all components are built by the installer and installed into known locations on the host system.
